5 useful foods against acne and one to avoid
The acne is a skin problem (dermatosis) more common in adolescents. There are many myths about whether acne arises from overeating chocolates or foods rich in fat and chili. That’s why every expert recommend you eat a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables; Drink plenty of water and reduce harmful habits, such as smoking, alcohol or lack of sleep.
1. Vitamin A Beta-carotene.
