Chicken mince 1 kg
Fine chopped Onion 1
Ginger 1 medium piece or 1tbsp paste
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Fine chopped Green chilies 3
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted coriander powder 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Shan Seekh Kabab Masala 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs 2 cups
Mix all above ingredients in chicken mince.
leave it to marinate for 1 hour.
Apply oil on hands. Make kebab in your required shape (long or round).
Keep them in freezer .You can fry quickly when needed.
Shallow Fry on medium high heat till done.Make sure they are perfectly cook from centre.Turn the heat high at end to give nice colour.serve with ketchup or with your favourite sauce.
