Potato Fried Sandwiches

Potato Fried sandwiches

Yield 16 sandwiches
Ingredients
Bread slices 8
Beaten eggs 2

Chopped Coriander leaves 1tbsp

Bread crumbs as required
For sandwich filling
Boiled and mashed potatoes 4

Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

Chat masala powder 1 tsp

Directions

Cut the corners of bread slices and make bread crumbs..

Boil ,peel and mash the potatoes.Add all the spices and Mix well..put this filling on 4 bread slices..

Put another slice and cover .now cut each sandwich in four square pieces.At last you will have 16 square sandwiches.
now take 2 beaten eggs …beat with 1/4 tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.Dip bread slices in eggs and then roll in bread crumbs …shallow fry from each side..
