Pakistani Style Foil Packet Chicken 

Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces

Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp

Red chilli pwd 1 tsp

salt 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

Roasted coriander powder 1/2 tsp

Chaat Masala powder 1 tsp

Yogurt 2 tbsp

Oil 2 tablespoons 


Take a bowl and add chicken pieces.Add all the given ingredients .Mix well .Marinate Chicken for 2 hours to make juicy and tender chicken.

Preheat oven at 200 degree centigrade.

Take a baking pan .Spread aluminium foil and put marinated chicken over the foil.Cover it tightly by sealing edges of the foil tightly.Bake for 45 minutes.If you have some liquid at the end of baking then open the sealing of foil and let it dry on high temperature of oven..Drizzle some oil at the end.Now Foil packet chicken is ready to serve it is spicy because it is Pakistani style Foil packet chicken.

How to make Foil packet Chicken on stove top

You can also make it in a pot on stove top.Just wrap the chicken in aluminium foil and put it in a pot .Cook for 20 minutes then cook uncovered till all juices dries up.drizzle some oil at the end.It will take less time than oven.
