Tawa Chicken Bihari Boti and Malai Boti

How to Marinate Chicken Bihari Boti and Malai Boti easily  at the same time 

It is a quick recipe to make Chicken Malai Boti and Bihari Boti in pan.It is a quick meal for Iftar too.I have divided the ingredients in two lists .List 1  ingredients for both are same but quantity is different.But you can marinate both at the same time by opening masala jars at once and marinate both in two different bowls.

Tawa Chicken Malai Boti 

Ingredients

List 1

Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

Yogurt 2 tbsp

crushed brown onion 2 tbsp

List 2

Green chilli paste 1 tbsp or (2 grinded green chillies)

Fine chopped or grinded coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

White pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Butter or oil 1 tbsp

Corn flour 1 tbsp

Cream 1 tbsp

Method

Marinate Chicken with ingredients of list 1 and 2 ..Leave It in refrigerator for 3 hours..Marination of 3 hours will make the meat tender and will give  it melt in the mouth like creamy texture.

Heat a pan and cook marinated chicken on low flame for 20 minutes.Then turn the flame high and cook for 10 minutes.keep stirring.At the end put a piece of burning coal over the chicken on Aluminium foil and cover the lid to give it nice smoky flavours.

Ingredients
List 1
Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Yogurt 1   tbsp
crushed brown onion 2 tbsp
List 2
Poppy seed (Khaskhus)1 tsp

Roasted chick peas (bhuna Chana)or roasted gram flour 2 tbsp

Grind both in coffee grinder and make powder.

Red chilli powder 3/4 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp

Oil 2 tablespoons

Method
