Chicken Macaroni for Kids

Ingredients 

Boiled Macaroni 2 cups

 Carrot fine chopped 1/2 cup

Boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup

Chicken stock 1 cup

Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon 

Soya sauce 2 tablespoons 

Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon 

White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon 

Salt 3/4 teaspoon 

Oil 2 tablespoons 

Method

Boil 200 gms of chicken with 2 cups of water on low flame..reserve the stock and shred the chicken pieces.

Boil 1 cup of Macroni according to package directions..

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.Fry garlic till golden brown.keep stirring to avoid burning.Now add boiled chicken and carrot.fry for 2 minutes then add 1 cup of chicken stock(yakhni),boiled  Macroni and all the remaining ingredients.Cook on high flame for few minutes till yukhni water dries out.

    I just made chicken speghetti yesterday. I normally prefer prawns but since the stock at home was finished, I added chicken instead. Will try your recipe, sounds good!
