Bohri Fried Chicken Legs

Ingredients

Chicken legs 9 pieces

Salt 1 tsp

garlic paste 2 tbsp

Hot spice/garam masala powder  1 /2 tsp

Super fine flour 2 tbsp

Corn flour 3 tbsp

red chilli powder 1 tsp

Fine Chop green chillies 2 tbsp

Cumin Powder 1 tbsp

Chopped black pepper 1 tbsp

Bread Crumbs 4 tbsp

Eggs 2 pieces

Oil (As required) for deep frying

Method for Bohri Fried Chicken

In a pot take water (as required) and add chicken legs , salt and 1 tbsp garlic paste and boil it for 15 minutes.  Screened the mixture ,reserve  Yukhni for later use and let the mixture cool down. Now in a bowl  add chicken legs,  hot spices powder,1 tbsp  garlic paste, super fine flour, red chili powder,green chili chopped, cumin powder, black pepper chopped, bread crumbs and 1 egg and mix it well and refrigerate it for half hour. After 30 minutes take oil in a pan .Beat 1 egg and dip chicken in egg and deep fry it till golden brown. Your tasty Bhori fried chicken is ready.
