(Coconut vermicelli)

Khushboodaar siwayaan

Ingredients

Vermicelli 150 g

milk 1 n1/2 cup

sugar 1 cup

Oil 2 tbsp

Shredded coconut 1/2 cup

Kewra essence 1/4 tsp

Yellow food colour 1/4 tsp

Method

Boil milk with sugar and food colour on low flame.In a frying pan heat oil on low flame and fry vermicelli till golden brown and add coconut and essence.

  
Now pour milk mixture in frying pan .cook for one minute and cover the lid for 10 minutes and turn off the flame.

  
Open the lid after 10 minutes and take out vermicelli in a serving dish. Decorate with shredded coconut.
