Cheese filled beef kabab

Ingredients

Beef mince 1/2 kg

 cheese 1/2 cup or cheese slices 7

Raw papaya paste or meat tenderiser 1 tsp

Green chillies 2

Onions 2

Garlic/ginger paste 1 tbsp

Egg 1

Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp

Hot spices powder 1 tsp

Red chilli powder 2 tsp

Salt 1-1/2 tsp

Oil 1/2 cup for frying

Cooking Directions

Cut cheese into strips.

Put minced beef and onions  in a chopper grind it well.

Add hot spices powder, cumin,green chillies,, salt, coriander powder, garlic/ginger paste, raw papaya paste ,red chillies and egg, mix well.marinate 2 hours for better result.

Then Lightly wet palms; take portions of kebab mix and place of cheese in their middle and wrap them tightly into long kebabs.you can cut cheese into cubes and make flat kababs for burger patties.

Heat 1/2 cup oil in a frying pan and fry kebabs on low flame till golden.

Take them out on paper towel, garnish then serve.
