Daal panchmail or Panchratan

Ingredients

Mix daal 1 and 1/2 cup or 

Take five types of daal

1- daal masoor 6 tbsp
2- daal maash 6 tbsp
3- daal chana 6 tbsp
4- daal moong 6 tbsp
5- daal arhur 6 tbsp

     Soak it about an hour and boil it.
Cumin seeds (zeera ) 1 tsp

Mustard seeds ( sabit Raai ) 1 /2 tsp

Chopped onion 1

Kashmiri Red whole chilli (long) 3-4

Whole Red chilli round 3

Curry leaves ( curry patta) 10

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1 /2 tsp

Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 
1 and 1/2 tsp

Chopped green coriander 4 tbsp

Mint leaves

Green chillies 

Method ::::

Take apot add washed lentils … Add 2 glasses of water,ginger garlic paste,  with salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhanya powder. Mix it . Then  boil daal till done.Now add garam masala powder ,mint leaves and fresh green coriander. Mix it .

For tempering 

 

Take another pan heat 4 tbsp oil , add onion and fry .Now add curry leaves ,mustard seed,cumin,whole red chilli ,Kashmiri red chilli, and green chillies ,,,,,roast it and pour it on daal . Ready to serve with chapati or rice ..
