Beef mince with Spring onion

::::Beef  Mince with Spring onion :::::

Beef Mince 1/2 kg

Spring onion 2 cup

Separate onion part n leaves n chopped

Onion 2 medium size

Tomato 2

Yougurt 1/4 cup

Salt to taste 

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Red chilli powder 2 tsp 

Black pepper 1 tsp 

Wholespices powder 1 tsp 

Coriander chopped. 1 cup

Green chilli 3_4 for aroma

Oil 1 cup

Method.

In a pan heat oil n add onion n stir after few minutes add onion of springonion when its colour turns to pinkish then add mince n gg paste and stir continously when mince colour becomes whitish then add yougurt n tomatoes n all spices n mix well add 1 1 /2 cup of water n cover it ..after 15 minutes check when oil is separate from mince now add green part of springonion and coriander n green chilli leave it 5 minute on low flame serve it with naan n raita..
