Steam kabab
Ingredients

Beef mince 1 kg

Small Onion 1

Ginger 1 medium piece

Garlic paste 1 tbsp

Raw papaya paste or meat tenderiser 1 tsp 

Chopped Fresh coriander ¼ bunch

Green chilies 6

Crushed black pepper 1tbsp

Salt 2 tsp

Roasted coriander powder 1 tsp

Red chilli powder 2 tsp

Oil 2 tbsp
Instructions

Chop all above ingredients except oil and coriander leaves in a chopper ideally 4-5 minutes.leave them to marinate for 2 hours.Add coriander leaves.

Apply oil on hands. Make kebab in your required shape long/round. 

fry kebab in just 2tbsp hot oil to cook out side layer.

Then put kabab in steamer or just cover the lid of your pan and steam them on low flame  12-15 minutes.

place steam kebabs on platter .Serve with ketchup or sauces.
