Crispy fried Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken cut into pieces 1.5 kg

For Marination

Salt 1 tsp heap

Red chilli powder 1 and half tsp

Mustard powder 1/2 tsp

Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Egg 1 beaten

Marinate chicken pieces with all above ingredients for 20 minutes.

For Coating

Flour 1 cup

Corn flour 1/2 cup

Crushed corn flakes 1/2 cup

Paprika or red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Mix these dry ingredients and make dry mixture for coating…. keep aside.

Method

Heat oil in a wok for deep frying on medium high heat.Coat marinated chicken pieces with dry mixture and deep fry on medium heat from one side till golden brown.Now turn the side and fry chicken pieces from other side till golden brown.Serve hot with French fries and ketchup.
