Quick Fried Chicken

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken (cut in cubes) 1/2 kg

Salt 1 tsp

Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Egg 1

Flour 2 tbsp

Corn flour 2 tbsp

Mustard powder 1/4 tsp

Soya sauce 1 tbsp

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Method

Take a bowl and Mix all the ingredients with chicken.Mix well and make sure there should be no lumps…Keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes.Then heat oil in a wok for deep frying.Deep Fry chicken pieces on medium high heat till golden brown.Serve with ketchup or with your favourite sauce.
