Eclair desert

The desert layers are crushed tea biscuits,pudding,melted chocolate ,cream,almonds.

Ingredients

Tea biscuits or Marie biscuits (crushed)

Vanilla pudding mix 1 packet for 2 cups of milk

Milk chocolate 200 gms

Instant Coffee powder 1tsp (dissolve in 1 tbsp hot water)

Whip cream 250 gms

Almonds

Method

Boil 2 cups of milk and Cook vanilla pudding according to package directions.

Beat cream till fluffy and fill in the piping bag.

Melt chocolate on double boiler and add 1/2 cup of milk,stir well.

Cut almonds in Slices.

Assembling

Take a serving dish and spread crushed tea biscuits.Now pour coffee mixture All over the biscuits.

Make 2nd layer of prepared vanilla pudding.

Now pour melted chocolate and make 3rd layer.

Decorate with cream and sprinkle sliced almonds.

Serve chilled.
