Today I am posting a Guest post winner recipe for Ramadan meals which has been sent by my sweet blog reader Hiba Siddiqui…..It is Shashlik recipe .

Beef Shashlik
Chicken/ Beef: 1/2 kg

Capsicums : 3

Tomatoes: 3

Onion: 2

Soya sauce: 2 tbsp

Chilli sauce: 2 tbsp

Vinegar: 1 tbsp

Red crushed chillies: 2 tbsp

Black pepper: 1 tbsp

Salt acc to your taste

Cut all vegetables in cubes and put them in bowl and add soya sauce chilli sauce salt blck pepper and crushed red chillies. mix them well and marinate it for 30 mins. If you are using beef thn add garlic nd ginger paste nd aother spices put it in cooker nad cook it for 20 mins. If you are using chicekn thn dont cook it in cooker. Take shashlik sticks and put vegetables and meat and then shallow fry it on low flame.
