Ingredients

Semolina (Suji) 4 tablespoons

Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

Ghee 4 tablespoons

Sugar 6 tablespoons

Water 1 cup

Heat ghee in a non stick pan,add cardamom powder, fry semolina till it turns golden and releases nice smell.

In another pot make sugar syrup by adding sugar, water and yellow food colour.

Add this syrup in semolina .Now turn the flame high cook for just 3 minutes. Now cover the lid and turn off the flame..Do not open the lid for 10 minutes.you can double the recipe for large quantity.
