pistachio Rus Malai
For milk mixture,,,,,

Boil 1 litre milk and add 1/2 cup sugar ,grinded pistachios 1 tbsp and 2 cardamoms and leave it on low flame.
For Dough:–
Flour 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Milk powder 1 cup
Oil or ghee 1 tablespoon

Mix dry ingredients and rub with oil.then add egg and make a dough.This dough do not require rest.make small balls of the dough and put these balls in boiled milk.

After adding balls cook only for 5 minutes.then turn rusmalai with wooden spoon and turn off the flame.cover the lid of your pot and let it cool on room temperature..then keep it in refrigerator and serve cold.
Decorate with chopped pistachios.
