Rice2 cups soaked in water for 20 minutes
Salt 1 tsp
Ghee or clarified butter 4 tbsp
Water 2 n1/2 cup
cumin seed 1 and 1/2 tsp
Green cardamom 3
Heat ghee in apot and fry garam masala.
Cook on high flame .When all water dries out!it will take 10 minutes or more ,stir well and then simmer for 5 minutes.
