Vegetable kababs
 Ingredients

Peas 1 cup
Potatoes 3 cut in cubes
Carrot 1 Cut in cubes
Salt 1 tsp 
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon 
Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon 
Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon 
Method
Boil all the vegetables with 1 cup of water till done and all water dries out.

  
Mash them and add all the remaining ingredients ..

  
Mix well and make patties.

  
Now shallow fry these kababs.

  
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
