Butter Garlic chicken
Chicken tikka pieces 2,or chicken pieces 1/2 kg
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Crushed Garlic – 3 cloves,,,1 tbsp
Oregano –1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp (to sprinkle on top)
Red Chili flakes – ½ tsp (to sprinkle on top)
Black Pepper powder – 1 /2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Make cuts on the chicken here and there. Wash the chicken and dry it with kitchen towel. Marinate the chicken with lemon juice and salt. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, combine together,olive oil, butter, crushed garlic, oregano, chili flakes and salt. Fill the chicken cuts with butter mixture .Sprinkle oregano, chili flakes and pepper powder over the buttered chicken pieces.
Heat a non stick pan and fry the chicken pieces for about 6-8 min on high flame turning the sides in between. Reduce the flame, cover the pan with a lid and cook till done (20 minutes)turning the sides occasionally. Serve Hot.
