Baisan ka paratha
Ingredients
Gram flour 2 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup

Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Kalonji 1/4 tsp
1 medium size chopped onion
Chopped green chillies 2
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Mix all the ingredients with flour..make a dough by adding little water to avoid stickiness.
Keep the dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes to give some rest.
Now make small balls from the dough.

roll the dough with rolling pin to make roti.

Fry  on hot griddle pan or tawa from both sides by Appling little  butter and serve hot…..
