Hara masala Dahi phulki
Ingredients
Green chili 1 large
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Onion 1 small
Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
Gram flour 1 cup
Yogurt 1/2 kg
Salt to taste

For Hara masala:-

Coriander leaves 4tbsp

Green chillies 2

Salt

Garlic 1 clove

Cumin seed 1 tsp

Blend together and keep aside.

METHOD:
Take a bowl Add salt , baking soda,cumin,green chillies,onion and red chili powder too.

Mix in gram flour and make a thick paste.
Leave this for 15 minutes

Heat oil and drop 1 tsp gram flour mixture in hot oil. Fry till brown.


Take out the pakoras(dumplings)out from oil.

Take water in a bowl and drop all dumplings in it for 5- 10 minutes. Squeeze water with hands carefully and arrange in a serving dish.


Prepare yogurt by adding hara masala in it. Mix well.
Pour yogurt on dumplings .
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder……
Serve with papri and chana chaat.It can be served with simple pulao,or with any rice dish.
