Creamy Pan Chicken

Chicken pieces 1 kg

Yogurt 3 tbsp heaped

cream 4 tbsp heaped

Cornflour 3 tbsp

Salt 1 teaspoon

black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

grinded green chillies 5

ginger paste 1 tsp

garam masala powder 1/4 tsp

Lemon juice 1 tsp


1. clean chicken give 2-3 deep cuts in them, add all above ingredients, marinate them 4 to 5 hours
 2. In a pan add 2 tbsp oil ,keep chicken pieces on it, with lid on low to medium heat cook them for 15-20 minutes.
 after 20 minutes, turn the heat high ,until all extra juices evaporate.
 4. Now take a flat pan or tawa, heat  3-4 tbsp oil and  keep chicken pieces on it, cook them turning both sides until lightly brown, then sprinkle chopped coriander…cook it more 1 minute,then turn off the heat.
