Peas pulao (matar pulao)

Simple recipe of  peas pulao
ingredients
Rice 4 cups soaked in water for 20 minutes
Salt 2 tsp
Ghee or clarified butter 4 tbsp
Water
White cumin 1 tsp
Black cumin 1/2 tsp
Cloves 4
Green cardamom 6
Black cardamom 1
Cinamon
Peas 1 kg


Heat ghee in apot and fry garam masala.


now add peas and fry .

Add rice fry a bit …now add 1/2 tsp lemon juice.

Now add water its level should be enough to cover rice.
Cook on high flame .When all water dries out!it will take 10 minutes or more ,stir well and then simmer for 5 minutes.
