Dhaba fish fry

dhaba fish fry
Ingredients
fish   1 kg.      ( 2 pieces of 1/2 kg each)
Salt 1tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Gram Flour 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilli grinded 2
Method

Marinate fish pieces for 10 minutes then shallow fry 2 minutes from one side


and 2 minutes from the other side..keep covered..


..then fry a bit on high flame to give golden colour…
