Fish head curry

Ingredients
Fish head  1/2 kg (cut into pieces)

oil 5 tbsp
Onions 4 (sliced)
Ginger paste 1tbsp
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Coriander powder roasted 1 tsp

Salt 1 n 1/2 tsp

Ripe tomatoes 3

Yogurt 2 tbsp

Meethi Dana 1 /2 tsp
Curry leaves 20
Green chillies 4
Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a pot.
Add sliced onion, fry till they are lightly brown.take it out from oil.

Grind fried onion ,and tomatoes .
Now in same oil temper curry leaves and meethi dana(fenugreek seeds)..then fry ginger garlic paste.
Now mix well grinded mixture in it.

Mix in salt,coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric and fry well till oil separate out.now add fish pieces and fry well.
Add 1cupof hot water and green chillies… Simmer on low flame till the oil starts to float.
Add 1tsp freshly roasted and crushed cumin and 1 tsp roasted coriander powder.serve with Naan or chapati.
