Carrot and chilli pickle

Ingredients 

Carrot 1/2 kg

Bullet green chillies 15

Garlic4 cloves

  
Method

Wash and dry carrot and chillies,then cut carrots and make slit on chillies…

Mix garlic,1 tsp turmeric powder and 2 tsp salt and cover it with muslin cloth..now leave it under sunshine or at room temperature for two days..

  

After 2 days add following masala.mix well.

Crushed Fennel seeds (saunf) 1 tablespoon

Mustard seeds crushed 1 tsp

Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon 

Crushed red chillies 1 tablespoon 

Kalonji 1/2 tsp

Oil 1 cup

Vinegar 1/2 cup

   
Mix well..keep in air tight jar in refrigerator for 24 hours before use…
