Ingredients
Fine or grinded Semolina (suji) 1 cup
Ghee or clarified butter (melted) 1/2 cup
Desicated coconut 1 cup

Shredded coconut 1/2 cup

Raisins 1/2 cup

Chopped pistachios 1/4 cup

Chopped almonds 1/4 cup

Chopped walnuts 2 tbsp

Goond as desired

Ma khana as desired

Grinded Sugar 3/4 cup
Heat ghee in a pan and fry semolina on low flame..till it turns golden and releases aroma..

Add raisins and coconut..


In another pan heat some ghee,fry goond,then fry ma khana,take it out from oil..now fry nuts on low flame till it release aroma.then mix all these in semolina.

Now add grinded sugar,mix well and turn off the flame..put it in airtight jar….
