Ingredients

Gourd 1/2 kg (cut in cubes)

Oil 2 tbsp

Cumin 1/2 tsp

Black pepper 4

Green chillies 2 chopped

Salt 1/2 tsp

Heat oil in a pan..Sizzle cumin and black pepper..now add gourd and green chillies..fry well.then add 1/2 cup of water ..cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes.

When gourd is tender and all water dries out..then season gourd with 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
