Palak gosht (beef with spinach)

Saute a chopped Onion in 1 tbsp oil ; then fry 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste .Then add 500 gm boneless beef with some butter or margarine.Fry well..Now Add 1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli pwd
1/2 tsp turmeric pwd
1/2 cup yogurt

1 cup water

cook till beef is tender.
Then add 1 kg chopped spinach leaves and cook on low flame ..for 20 minutes..then fry well till all water dries out and add
6 green chillies
1/2 cup cream(optional)
2 tbsp kasuri meethi
1/2 tsp garam masala pwd

2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

Mix well and turn off the flame.
