Deep Fry 3 sliced onion till golden brown.take it out from oil.

 


Now fry 1 inch piece of ginger 10 cloves of garlic.13 red chillies ,1 tbsp peanuts in same oil.

Take them out from oil.

Grind all fried ingredients with 1 cup yogurt.now add 1 n 1/2 tsp salt,8 tbsp raw papaya paste ,2 tbsp roasted gram flour and 1/2 tsp cumin powder,1/2 tsp garam masala powder.
Marinate 1.5 kg boneless beef meat (cut in thin slices) with this mixtue for 1 hours or more.
Put meat on skewers and cook on charcoal.

For making of Bihari kabab in pot

Heat 1/4 cup oil in a pot and add marinated beef .fry well and cook on low flame for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
When meat is tender and water from meat dries out.fry well. Now put a piece of burning coal in pot and cover the lid.your degchi Bihari  kabab is ready to serve.
