Making Murabba of fruit and vegetable is a way to preserve fruit/vegetable. It is also healthy and good for those who need some healthy food. In this recipe .Today I am sharing an easy recipe to make Apple Murabba at home.

apple murabba(saib ka murabba)
Apple 1 kg
Water as required (mix little salt)
peel apples and dip in salted water
Sugar 3 cup
Yellow food colour 1 /2 tsp
Cinnamon 1 small stick
Put apple in water with 1 1/2 tsp salt for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then take it out from salted water ,cut in slices and put in simple pure water.
Now add 2 cups of water in a pan and boil apple on low flame.
When apple becomes slightly tender then mix food colour and cinnamon in apple mixture ,use wooden spoon to stir occasionally and cook for a while.
Now add sugar and cook approximately for 1 hour on low flame.
After 1 hour it starts bubbling.
Then remove it from the flame and let it cool.
