Aaloo qeema

potato and minced meat

Ingredients

Beef Minced meat 1/2 kg 

Potatoes 2 

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Onion 2 sliced

Tomatoes 4 chopped

Coriander leaves ½ bunch

Green chilies 4 to 6

Red chili 1 tbsp (ground)

Salt to taste

Coriander powder 1 teaspoon 

Whole garam masala 1 tsp

Bay leaf 1

Whole Red chilli 4

Oil ¼ cup
Cooking Directions

Fry onion and  ginger garlic paste in hot oil.

Add minced meat and garam masala and fry well.

Add salt, ground red chili, coriander powder,green chili, tomato and water.
cook until the meat is tender

Cut potatoes and add to the minced meat.

Put the lid on and leave it to cook.

After 10 to 15 minutes, add coriander to it.

Serve it with chapatti or puri.
