Homemade tomato purée paste

Procedure

 Cut 12 big size tomatoes into 4 pieces.Cook on low flame without adding water.Then cool tomatoes and peel off the skin and discard its seeds.Now blend tomatoes with

garlic 8 cloves and

 Whole red chillies 10

Then cook this blended mixture with

 Salt 1 tsp

red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

vinegar 2 tbsp

Sugar 6 tbsp

Now take a piece of cloth and put some cloves;black pepper and cinnamon. tie the cloth and made masala bag.put this bag in tomatoes mixture and cook till it become thick.

   

 When it reach to a thick texture turn off the flame and discard Masala bag.
