Quick chocolate mousse
Soak 1 tsp gelatin in 1 tbsp cold water for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes add 2 tbsp boiling water and mix well.
Beat 1 cup chilled cream till become fluffy
1/4 cup sifted coco powder 1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
and gelatin mixture. Again beat well and keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.Serve chilled.
This mousse can be filled in chocolate cake.
