Dried apricots, soaked in water 250 gm
Sugar 3/4 cup
cool it and
Crack open the apricot seeds
Milk 1 litre
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla custard powder 6 tablespoons
For Custard: First dissolve custard powder in 1 cup milk.
Now heat remaining milk and add sugar to cook.
Then slowly pour custard and cook till it turns thick.
Take a serving dish set apricot mixture.now pour custard and decorate with cream.refrigerate it to chill and serve it.
