Khoobani ka meetha 

Apricot delight

Dried apricots, soaked  in water 250 gm

Sugar 3/4 cup

Cooking Directions

Boil apricot in the same water that it was soaked in till tender.

cool it and

Crack open the apricot seeds

and blend with hand blender.

Cook apricot pulp with sugar on medium heat till the mixture thickens

.cool it.

For custard

Milk 1 litre

Sugar 1/2 cup

Vanilla custard powder 6 tablespoons 

Cream 200ml

Cooking Directions

For Custard: First dissolve custard powder in 1 cup milk.

Now heat remaining milk and add sugar to cook.

Then slowly pour custard and cook till it turns thick.

Cool it.

Take a serving dish set apricot pour custard and decorate with cream.refrigerate it to chill and serve it.
