Soft green chapati

Soft chapati(Made with spinach and fenugreek leaves)

Ingredients

Spinach 100 gm
fenugreek leaves 100 gm

Blanch spinach and fenugreek leaves and dip in cold water for 5 minutes to maintain green colour. Then blend with 2 cloves of garlic and 2 green chillies.
Now take
Wheat flour 4 cup
salt 2 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsP
cumin pwd or mix herb or ajwain 1/2 tsp
oil 1 tbsp for kneading

Mix all the ingredients and blended mixture. Make a soft non sticky dough.Add some water if required.
Keep the dough in a bowl and grease the top of the dough with oil.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Then make chapatis and spread butter or ghee at top.
