Gajar halwa

Ingredients

Grated carrots 1 kg

Sugar 1 cup

oil 1/4 cup

cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

khoya 250 g

chopped walnuts 4 tbsp

chopped almonds 4 tbsp

Raisins 

Method

Heat oil in a big wok.When oil become very hot add carrots and cook 15 minute on high flame.(Must use wok water will evaporate quickly.)


Then add sugar and cardamom powder. Fry well till all water dries out. then add khoya and nuts.

  
Cook 5 minutes and serve.
